Prices

Prices reflect our local economy combined with your artists experience and skill level. All prices show a starting price and can increase based on hair length, texture, and additional services rendered. Number of sessions needed to achieve specific results may vary. You stylist will discuss thoroughly with you before starting.

Deposits & Cancellations

A credit card is required to be kept on file to book any appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled, a $20 fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Deposits to hold an appointment are nonrefundable. The deposit can NOT be transferred to another booking.

Confirmation Policy

As a courtesy, the day before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a confirmation phone call or text. Appointment may be cancelled in not confirmed.

Arrival Time

Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure you have the full time for your treatment.

Due to the size of our studio, please do not bring any additional guests or children.

Cell Phones

Please keep your Cell Phone or Device on Silent/Vibrate, Absolutely NO calls on Speaker Phone, Do Not Listen to Music or Videos.

Please keep your voice down if you must take a call.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.

Purchased Gift Certificates may be redeemed for services or products - and balances can be carried over.

Promotional Gift Certificate balances may not be carried over.

Refunds

No Refunds will be given on Gift Certificates, Deposits, or Pre-Paid Appointments.

No refunds will be given on services or gratuities.

If you are not satisfied with a product, return the item within seven (7) days and a credit will be issued. No cash refunds.

*All makeup and skin care product sales are final. These products cannot be returned or exchanged.
